Technology and Reporting
Supreme Auto Transport has embraced the latest in technology through the creation
of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and nationally hosted private network.
Our proprietary system, Car Hauler Automation Software (CHAS), allows us to centrally
manage our nationwide information network ensuring all logistical events are electronically
reported in real time from initial contact to billing.
We are completely EDI compliant with all OEM partners. Inspection, pickup, delivery,
claims, and other records are transmitted “live” 24 hours per day. Timely,
accurate information is a key success factor. Poor data quality slows vehicle sales.
CHAS reports on a multitude of data allowing us to see at any moment our inventory
as well as the latest information regarding vehicles in transit.
The flexibility of our systems development has allowed us to adapt to customer needs
and requirements in a quick, effective manner.
